Patrick is the Marketing Director for Bayada Home Health Care supporting clients in independent senior communities and assisted living. He holds over 15 years of sales and marketing experience and exemplifies the Bayada Way of providing compassion, excellence, and, reliability. For many years Patrick worked in the New Home Sales and Marketing industry starting out as a sales assistant and quickly advancing to a Regional Sales Director in the mid-Atlantic region. When looking for new opportunities he realized he had to serve a purpose in his career just as he did in building the American dream for many families and he found the senior housing industry to be a perfect fit.

Having vast knowledge of sales and operations along with the ability to work diligently for the seniors benefit he sees joy in what he does every day. Patrick currently serves on the state task for to educate more employers about Caregiving for Dementia and has been active on multiple committees for the Alzheimer’s Association including their annual Walk To End Alzheimer’s. He resides in Brandywine Hundred with his wife and son.
