Griswold Home Health Care

Patrick has over 15 years of healthcare industry experience in Delaware, where he is the current owner/director for Griswold Home Care. He has been the owner since 2022. Prior to Griswold Home Care, Patrick worked in various leadership roles for Bayada Home Healthcare, Brookdale Hockessin Assisted Living, and Watermark Retirement Communities-Rockland Place.

In addition to his experience in the industry, Patrick holds two dementia certifications: Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Dementia Support Group Facilitator. Patrick also worked in marketing and management roles in the new home construction industry for Gemcraft Homes in northern Maryland, southeastern Pennsylvania, and the state of Delaware.

Patrick’s commitment to the community extends to his volunteer roles with Lori’s Hands (board member) a local nonprofit focused on developing partnerships between community members and college students in Delaware, Maryland, and in Michigan. He also volunteers for his neighborhood association and local swim club.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, WV. He lives in Wilmington with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys travel and hopes to see all 50 states before he turns 50. Only four states to go and a few years to complete it. He has a passion for connecting with nature which could include a difficult hike or a day to relax on the beach.
