Senior Centers across Delaware are celebrating National Senior Center Month during September. Throughout the State, Senior Centers continue to offer programs and services to support adults aging well. There is real benefit in staying connected with others while participating in activities that support social, physical and enrichment activities. Join a Senior Center close to you for new friendships, enrichment activities and recreational activities.
Connections with others during with chair exercise classes, line dancing, memory care support, art, lectures, bingo and trips are designed to support the aging process. As we all age it is even more important to stay active and connected – this can all be done at your local Senior Center.
Daily and take-home meals are provided through pre-registration at your local center. This is a wonderful way to save money and eat well-balanced nutritious meals. Let someone else do the cooking!
