The Delaware Senior Resource Network is pleased to announced that Michelle Hood, Agency Director at Countrywide Home Care Agency, has joined as a member. Prior to her current role, Michelle worked for the State of Delaware for 11 years. She started as a Social Worker and then was the Long Term Care Medicaid Supervisor. Michelle than ran an Adult Day Center for over 5 years than changed her career path and did Sales and Marketing for over 6 years in Assisted Living, Hospice, Home Care and with St. Francis LIFE program.
In addition to her role at Countrywide, Michelle is also a Senior Advisor with Senior Advisors of Delaware. Michelle was the president of Delaware Aging Network for 3 years and still helps with the committee. Michelle lives in Middletown with her husband and 2 children.
